I would like to get battlefield 3 for my A665-S6070, but it has an nvidia 310m graphics card which wont work well with battlefield 3. I was wondering if there was a way to upgrade it for a better one that would be able to play high-graphic PC games.
Thanks in advance

Graphics card upgrades are not officially supported.

so does that mean you can't or that it's not advised to

It's always advised that you don't, regardless of model. Toshiba doesn't endorse it, and it will void your warranty.
There are some models that physically can be upgraded. I don't believe your model can be, but I could be wrong. I have no experience with it personally.

You have a physical card, so there is a possibility of upgrade. It will take some research for you to determine what might work, and then trial and error to see if it actually does.
Upgrading video cards in laptops isn't always plug n play like desktops. For starters, some laptops have integrated graphics, and those cannot be upgraded. Others like yours have actual seperate graphics cards, and technically can be upgraded. The major issues you can run into is power and space. Different laptops require different wattage, and some of which is determined by the video card. Then the new card needs to physically fit in the same space as the old card, and needs to work with the heat sink, etc. After that, then you need to get the card to work properly with all of the hardware, which is another hurdle.
I am big into laptop modding, especially Toshibas... but I haven't tried upgrading video cards... yet.

No problem Peter... Hardware is my strong point!
